Blueberry frozen yogurt bites- Blueberries, 0% fat Greek yogurt, oats and raisins.
Strawberry&Banana frozen yogurt bites- Strawberries, banana, 0% fat Greek yogurt, oats and raisins.
Whisk 3 handfuls of blueberries, 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt together until mixed. Add 4 tablespoons of oats and handful of raisins (optional) and stir.
Separate into small squares on tinfoil, freeze for an hour and enjoy!
Repeat with strawberry and banana bites.
I used Total 0% fat Greek yogurt.
Any leftover yogurt can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed as a lunchtime snack!
